We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our client base.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and presenting our products and services in an engaging manner. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on sales activities and results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the kitchen or bath industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales management tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong motivation to achieve results.
