You will engage stakeholders and open the door to future opportunities for Geopier’s advanced and innovative ground improvement and geotechnical solutions. You will be involved in making prospective outreach and establishing & maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders and Licensee Partners, tracking construction projects and coordination field and marketing activities, using data, technology & information systems to develop new business. This role qualifies as a remote work position; some business travel is required (20% or less). What You’ll Do Identify and take proactive action to engage with key “high value” stakeholders of target engineering firms and contractors to create a path for Geopier and our partners to make technical proposals for the use of Geopier ground improvement and geotechnical technologies on projects. Review construction project information including construction drawings and evaluate to identify value creation potential, including preparing and presenting Value Engineering (VE) proposals to potential clients Track projects and follow up at key dates Interact with field and licensee partners to secure successful sales outcomes Direct the lead generation team Expand sales network via outreach and digital engagement, including phone, email, and LinkedIn Record accurate and complete sales relevant information in CRM system Achieve assigned sales targets What You’ll Need Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills 2-3 years’ experience in construction industry preferred Your Education Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering required We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
