Customer Sales Representative:

Guide customers through AT&T Internet and Wireless plans, sales services, and upgrades throughout the full sales cycle Assist with sales activations, customer account setup, and billing support Recommend solutions that meet customer needs and support the team’s sales goals Build long-term relationships with customers and promote brand loyalty Track account activity, manage sales service requests, and maintain accurate sales records Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and overall business sales performance Represent the AT&T brand professionally while working toward daily sales targets At the core of this role is your ability to manage conversations, respond to customer needs, and contribute to a fast-moving sales campaign. Customer Sales Representative:
