Role:

As a Customer Success Representative , you’ll be the voice and face of our brand for our growing customer base. You’ll ensure our clients are fully supported, trained, and getting real value from our products. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience that drives retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Onboard and train customers on platform features and best practices Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support escalations Proactively monitor customer engagement and provide actionable insights Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Champion customer needs internally and help drive a customer-first culture

What We’re Looking For:

2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (CS, support, or account management) Excellent communication skills-empathetic, clear, and confident Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools Startup mentality: resourceful, flexible, and highly collaborative Experience with HR technology or SaaS platforms a strong plus Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or Salesforce is a bonus. Hubspot certification is a big plus. Why Join Us?
