Requirements:
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of internet automotive sales experience , preferably in a luxury environment Strong digital communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed internet sales targets Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead, or similar) Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail Must be able to provide documented performance numbers (e.g., sales volume, closing ratios, response times Valid in-state driver’s license Must submit to a background and drug screen Working Environment & Physical Demands Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
