This includes prospecting and qualifying leads, understanding client security requirements, conducting product demonstrations of our access control platforms, preparing system quotes, and closing deals. The role requires a focused understanding of physical security needs and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of ZKTECO’s innovative and reliable access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for access control products through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Respond to and qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels, with a specific focus on access control inquiries. Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of ZKTECO’s access control hardware, software, and biometric readers. Conduct compelling online demonstrations and presentations of our access control platforms and solutions. Work with potential clients to understand their security challenges and recommend appropriate access control configurations. Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes and proposals for access control systems. Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the access control division. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with security integrators, dealers, and end-users. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns focused on the access control market. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies in the access control market.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven inside sales experience is required. Experience in the access control, physical security, or security technology industry is highly preferred. A strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex access control concepts, hardware specifications, and software features. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with technical and non-technical decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of leads and opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office Suite. A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. About
