Our recruitment process does not involve soliciting and works with referrals. As an agent, you will engage with individuals seeking information about life insurance. Our primary objective is to educate individuals about life insurance and demonstrate its customization options to meet their specific needs. Additionally, we will assist clients in securing appropriate coverage that safeguards their loved ones or themselves. This role offers independence and collaboration, with support available when necessary. You will be accountable for achieving your personal goals. Self-motivation and goal-oriented thinking are essential qualities for this position. We prioritize building and maintaining strong client relationships. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to obtain your state license for life insurance sales. Our schedule is flexible, with mandatory meetings on Mondays, Tuesday evenings, and Saturday mornings. Compensation is uncapped and based on a commission structure.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance sales and customer service is welcomed, but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to conduct effective outside sales and retail sales
• Proficiency in sales administration and analysis
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
• Familiarity with marketing and benefits administration
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and telemarketing practices Responsibilities
• Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively
