The Opportunity:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our client base within the logistics industry. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role for an individual who is eager to build their book of business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively identify and research potential clients in need of courier services within the logistics sector.
Sales Outreach:
Conduct a minimum of 5 sales calls per day (a combination of cold calls, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings) to decision-makers.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective and new clients.
Needs Assessment:
Understand clients’ current logistics challenges and pain points to effectively present Evans Pro Logistics as the optimal solution.
Solution Selling:
Propose customized courier contract solutions that align with client requirements and our service offerings.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new business deals.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking all activities, progress, and forecasting.
Performance:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Evans Pro Logistics.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and maintain open communication to guarantee satisfaction.

Performance & Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary:
Starting at $35,000 per year .
Generous Commission:
Earn a 1.5% commission on every closed courier contract. Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales success! 90-
