In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and promoting our service solutions to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties Identify and target potential clients through lead generation strategies. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Present and demonstrate our technology products and services to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM software. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in Service sales or a related field. Strong account management skills with the ability to foster long-term client relationships. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies to attract new business. Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior within the Real Estate sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
