We are currently seeking capable candidates to join our external print solution sales and customer service team as an Outside Sales Representative. This position will work with our Prima sales and production teams to provide quality service to our prospective external customers. The Outside Sales Representative will also respond to calls and emails from customers inquiring about print options and solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are upbeat and forward-thinking, enjoy collaborating with others, and are capable of building long-term business relationships. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following responsibilities: Actively discover new business opportunities through cold calling, leads to follow up on, scheduled consultation appointments within local opportunities Develop familiar knowledge with each prospective customer’s business, including: products and services, demographics, revenue/profit drivers and marketing strategies Achieve prospective customers’ desired business results through an effective print campaign Collaborate with Prima internal sales team, design team, and production team to deliver innovative print solutions that will deliver a great customer experience Attend approved local or regional industry events to network and grow client base Handle administrative tasks, follow up with leads, and manage customer accounts from our Prima office location Able to meet strict deadlines while maintaining the accuracy of work. Able to follow well-defined processes, procedures, and guidelines. Have a helpful, friendly, service-orientated attitude. Ability to make decisions independently based on established knowledge and procedures Meet personal service sales targets and call-handling quotas Support marketing efforts and educate customers on products and services

Job Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma (Required) Previous customer service experience (2 years preferred) Previous sales experience (2 years preferred) Commercial print sales, packaging, or publication experience (2 years preferred) Marketing and Customer relationship management experience (2 years preferred) Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively listen to clients and understand their needs Above average computer skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
