Job Description We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated individuals to join our outside sales and canvassing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with property owners in targeted neighborhoods, educating them about our residential and commercial roofing services, and converting leads into sales. No prior roofing experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Must be comfortable canvassing doors in both residential neighborhoods and commercial districts.

Responsibilities:
Canvass designated residential and commercial areas throughout Atlanta metro Engage with property owners to assess roofing needs and storm damage Educate potential customers on our roofing services and their benefits Generate leads and close sales on-site when possible Schedule follow-up appointments for detailed inspections and estimates Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanor at all times Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
Qualifications:
Entry level position—no roofing experience required Must be comfortable speaking with new people and handling objections Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable walking for extended periods in neighborhoods and commercial areas Reliable transportation required Must be willing to work in Atlanta metro area and surrounding suburbs
