This full-time role is essential to ensuring operational excellence, timely order fulfillment, and campaign execution that aligns with our sales and marketing goals. As the Print Shop Coordinator, you will be a key leadership figure, classified under the Assistant Manager category. You will report directly to the Shop Manager , who in turn reports to Woolfolk Management Group leadership. you may also communicate directly with WMG leadership for high-level coordination and strategy alignment. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Fulfillment Oversee and actively participate in order fulfillment processes, including vinyl application, embroidery, screen printing, and packaging. Ensure production quality meets or exceeds brand standards and customer expectations. Set up and manage accurate production files and prepare materials for daily output. Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory for production materials. Team Supervision Supervise Print Shop Assistants; provide task delegation, training, and quality control. Promote a positive, efficient, and safety-conscious workplace culture. Address production issues and resolve conflicts quickly and professionally. Sales & Customer Service Conduct sales calls to prospective and existing customers to drive revenue. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Manage order intake through digital platforms and walk-in clients. Operations & Strategy Monitor and maintain the shop’s website, including updates for product listings and order processing. Ensure all shipping deadlines are met through effective workflow planning. Collaborate with the WMG Marketing Team to support and fulfill marketing campaigns tied to the shop. Track performance metrics and provide weekly progress reports to the Shop Manager (or leadership during interim). Financial Goals Work closely with leadership to meet or exceed shop revenue targets. Suggest operational improvements that increase efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in vinyl graphics production Strong organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with e-commerce order systems and production workflows Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
Highly Preferred:
Embroidery and screen printing experience Knowledge of print production software and tools (e.g., RIP software, embroidery digitizing tools) Prior experience in a supervisory role in a print or production shop
