Position Overview The firm is seeking a strategic andentrepreneurial Business Development Specialist to join theirgrowing team. This is a brand-new position. In this role, you wouldbe instrumental in driving the firm’s growth by identifying newopportunities, nurturing client relationships, and refining ourbusiness development functions. You must have experience inbusiness development or marketing, especially in a legal orprofessional services environment, who is eager to help shape thefuture of a modern law firm. What We’re Looking For 5 years ofbusiness development, marketing, or client relations experience,ideally in the legal or professional services sector. Strongunderstanding of legal services, including industry deliverymodels, business dynamics, and market trends. Proven track recordof generating and converting new business, particularly throughstrategic outreach and relationship-building. Expertise inpreparing compelling, data-driven pitches and presentations.

Advanced research skills across legal, business, andindustry-specific resources. Proficiency with CRM systems and dataanalytics tools to track and optimize outreach efforts. Excellentclient service orientation, strong listening skills, and theability to engage with firm leadership and cross-functional teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to buildbusiness development programs from the ground up. Exceptionalcommunication, writing, and presentation skills. Ability to thrivein a fast-paced, remote environment with flexibility and autonomy.
