Uncapped Commission Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales for residential roofing projects throughout Metro Atlanta. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of roofing systems, sales strategies, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through canvassing, networking, and referrals Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments Educate homeowners on roofing options and recommend suitable solutions Prepare and present professional sales proposals and estimates Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Gather key customers’ needs to ensure Bumble Roofing exceeds expectations Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:

Previous experience in roofing sales, construction sales, or home services sales preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs when necessary Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Tech-savvy with CRM software and mobile applications for estimates
