Summary As a Sales Enablement Specialist for the Target Tech Program, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales strategies for the sales teams, recommending training programs, and curating product knowledge. You will work closely with program management and regional managers to provide guidance, develop, and implement sales strategies, and assist in the design and reporting of sales initiatives and events. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and providing recommendations to the program management. You will own the story telling of program sales wins and opportunities.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform sales strategies, initiatives, campaigns, and assist in the design and reporting of sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and provide recommendations to program management.
  • Design and implement field sales communication strategies to engage remote field sales teams. Ensure consistent & clear messaging across the sales teams and the program, using various channels and platforms, such as email, phone, bulletins, and LMS platforms.
  • Curate product knowledge for the sales teams based on the latest product features, promotions, and launches from the client and the vendors. Partner with the operations and learning & development for the distribution of the knowledge.
  • Design and manage recognition, compensation and incentive programs with program management that align with the program goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve and exceed their targets.
  • Design, monitor and evaluate the sales performance and behaviors of the sales teams using various metrics and tools, such as sales reports, mystery shops, audits, and surveys.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement strategies, sales events, incentives, and programs, using various data sources and methods, such as surveys, interviews, and analytics.
  • Partner with clients as necessary for sharing of operational information & event reporting.
  • Foster collaboration, identify and share best practices, and success stories across the sales teams and the program.
  • Create and partner to maintain sales enablement materials, such as quick reference documents, FAQs, and newsletters.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • High tolerance for ambiguity demonstrated in the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Tableau, Salesforce, and other platforms as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales coaching.
  • Experience in retail sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Required to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Four (4) in-office workdays per week.
