Role Overview PDI Technologies is seeking anInside Sales Executive specializing in Business Development to joinour Merchant Services sales team. The Inside Sales Executive drivessales by communicating, primarily by phone, with new/potentialprospects. This individual is not only responsible for closing thesale but also completing the sales process which may include orderprocessing/entry, price quotations, information input andmanagement, RFP response, product training, scheduling appointmentsand/or other related tasks. Key Responsibilities Partner withOutside Sales Representative to sell to and manage a territorywithin the US Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leadfollow-up and outbound calls and emails Hunt for new sales leadsusing own initiative Conduct research and discovery to identify keydecision makers and additional information about the companies togenerate interest Enter all assimilated information accurately intoCRM tool Evaluate prospects to determine their potential Completesales process with prospects/clients: initial call qualification,product/solution presentation, close of sale, start-up and accountdevelopment Present solutions and different product configurationsbased on understanding customers needs Qualifications 2 years ofproven sales success Proven experience in an outbound salesenvironment, successfully achieving quotas Knowledge of CRM tool,preferably salesforce.com Experience selling multipleproducts/services Excellent communication skills including verbaland written form Ability to communicate and engage employees at alllevels of an organization Experience in selling a technicalproducts or services which can be configured a number of differentways Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree ispreferable; or equivalent combination of education and experiencerequired for the specific job level Experience in equipment sales,preferred Knowledge and familiarity of Unattended Fuel,Point-of-Sale Systems, Transportation, Convenience Industries aplus.
