Key Responsibilities:

Sales Hunting and NewBusiness Development Identify, pursue, and close deals withcommercial and private sector clients Client RelationshipManagement Build and nurture strategic partnerships with keystakeholders, including C-level executives and procurement teams.

Market Strategy Develop and execute go-to-market plans forBuzzClan’s core offerings: IT Staff Augmentation Cloud andInfrastructure Solutions Data Engineering and Analytics BusinessApplication Services QA and Automation Proposal Development LeadRFP/RFQ responses and contract negotiations. Pipeline ManagementTrack, forecast, and report on sales targets and revenue growth.

Team Collaboration Work with delivery teams to align solutions withclient needs.

Required Qualifications:

7 years in B2B sales with afocus on commercial/private sector clients (IT services, staffing,or consulting preferred). Proven hunter mentality Demonstratedsuccess in new logo acquisition and revenue growth. Strongunderstanding of private sector procurement and sales cycles.

Experience with staff augmentation, managed services, or ITsolutions sales. Established network in West Coast commercialmarkets (tech, healthcare, finance, etc.). Ability to travel up to30% for client meetings and industry events.

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with Oracle, AWS, or Microsoft partnerships. MBA oradvanced degree. Experience mentoring junior sales teams.
