We are looking for a superstar sales operations support specialist to work with our Sales Operations Lead supporting the Americas region. This is a great opportunity to support a growing business with a focus in manufacturing, SaaS, and channel sales. You’ll join a dynamic team bringing innovative solutions to the market to make buildings smarter, safer, and greener through software, sensors, and controls.
This role ensures the regional sales team’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, enabling rapid sales execution. Key areas of focus include optimizing sales processes, providing team support, managing data, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Success in this position requires strong technical proficiency, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to streamline workflows and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Sales Process Optimization & Management:

Support day-to-day workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operational efficiency

CRM & Sales Data Management:

Ensure data accuracy, pipeline health, and reporting insights

Sales Performance Tracking:

Monitor & track sales KPI metrics and assist in annual quota/territory assignments

Order Processing & Contract Management:

Support vendor setup, customer agreements, and customer transactions. Liase with legal team

Survey Administration & Event Logistics:

Manage internal surveys and support regional event execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Align with various teams (customer experience, accounts receivable, legal, marketing, etc.) to enhance sales strategy execution
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience working within a sales organization
Knowledge of sales methods, pipeline management, and CRM systems
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination abilities
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and attention to detail
Technical proficiency in sales tools and troubleshooting systems
Experience with contract management, RFP execution, and vendor relations
Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Bilingual in French/English is a bonus
