We offer… $40K starting annual salary PLUS Commissions, potential gross earnings of $100K +per year Group medical benefits PTO Eleven paid holidays $3,500 in educational assistance Private office in a friendly work environment Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team working from our corporate office in Alpharetta, GA, with the flexibility to travel to customer locations nationwide for sales meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and proven sales capabilities to build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will… Sales Development & Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities within the warehouse, 3PL, logistics, and distribution sectors Generate qualified sales leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across multiple regions using the company’s customer relationship management tool (CRM) Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in warehouse staffing needs Client Relationship Management Conduct comprehensive needs assessments through in-person and virtual sales meetings Analyze customer warehouse operations to recommend optimal staffing levels and service solutions Develop customized staffing proposals that address specific operational challenges and requirements Sales Presentations & Proposals Create compelling sales presentations tailored to warehouse and logistics industry needs Prepare detailed proposals outlining staffing solutions, pricing, and service levels Present recommendations to decision-makers, including operations managers, facility managers, and C-level executives Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes Travel & Field Sales Travel to customer locations nationwide to conduct site visits and face-to-face meetings Perform on-site assessments of warehouse operations and staffing requirements Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events Maintain flexibility for regional and national travel as business needs require Required Skills & Abilities Minimum 2-4 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in staffing, logistics, or warehouse services Previous warehouse operations experience strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Exceptional presentation and communication skills Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Ability to build rapport and establish trust with warehouse operations personnel Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50% of the time) Professional demeanor with the ability to represent company values Preferred Qualifications Experience working in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations Previous experience selling business-to-business solutions Existing relationships within the warehouse/logistics industry Travel Requirements This position requires significant travel to customer locations nationwide. Candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips and potential weekend travel during peak business periods.
