Doraville Role Summary :

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for Managing sales and estimates, prospecting new opportunities, providing excellent customer service, negotiating deals, ensuring diligent follow-up and follow-through with customers, committing to personal and team objectives

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, and two Saturdays a month when needed

Compensation :

Earn on a commission basis with potential earnings between $50,000 and $125,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire move experience for our relocating clients
• Single point representative focused on driving a quality experience that exceeds our customer’s expectations
• Act as an advocate for customer to ensure all services needed throughout move process are scheduled and performed
• Drive sales and provide estimates for residential and commercial clients while delivering exceptional customer service and negotiate effectively
• Engage in proactive prospecting to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, great attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and self-motivation
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
• Outgoing personality with outstanding customer service abilities
• Skilled in building lasting customer relationships and managing time efficiently
• Previous experience in the moving and storage industry is an advantage but not mandatory

Tools and Technology :

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Accurate typing and data entry skills required.
