Are you anexperienced Sales Representative with a knack for building strongrelationships and closing deals? We’re searching for a dynamicindividual with a passion for the construction industry to join ourteam. As a Permanent Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucialrole in driving our business forward. You’ll be responsible fordeveloping new business relationships, maintaining existing ones,and ultimately increasing our market share. This role offers acompetitive salary, generous commission structure, and theopportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategic sales planto identify, target, and secure profitable business opportunitiesin the construction industry. 2. Establish, develop, and maintainpositive business relationships with prospective clients togenerate new business for the organization’s products/services. 3.Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations toexisting and prospective customers. 4. Reach out to customer leadsthrough cold calling, networking, and social media. 5. Achieveagreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 6.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. 7.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems,interests, competitive activities, and potential for new productsand services. 8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotionaltrends in the construction industry. 9. Continuously improvethrough feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Proven 2 years of experienceas a B2B Sales Representative or similar role 2. Proven ability todrive the sales process from plan to close. 3. Demonstrableexperience in developing client-focused, differentiated, andachievable solutions. 4. Solid experience in cold calling, businessdevelopment, and negotiation. 5. Excellent selling, communication,and negotiation skills. 6. Prioritizing, time management, andorganizational skills. 7. Ability to create and deliverpresentations tailored to the audience needs. 8. Relationshipmanagement skills and openness to feedback. 9. Familiarity with BRMand CRM practices along with the ability to build productivebusiness professional relationships. 10. Highly motivated andtarget-driven with a proven track record in sales. 11. Knowledge ofthe construction industry, with a keen understanding of markettrends and sales dynamics. 12. Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
