Sales Representative–Beauty industry with 5 PLUS years experience preffered Alipearl Atlanta Atlanta, GA 30324 Sales Representative Alipearl Hair is calling all hair lovers who are top sales reps in Atlanta! Who are truely love sales job, responsible and reliable, who are kind, lovely and have great personality to be able to provide great customers service to our clients. We provide wholesale and Retail business in this Atlanta location.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships, ensuring prompt follow-up on any outstanding issues. Drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, executing up-selling strategies, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Communicate merchandise needs or issues to store supervisors or managers in a timely and professional manner. Contribute to store presentation and visual merchandising efforts , including tidying wigs/extensions, styling displays, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Participate in physical inventory counts when required. Stay updated on new products, pricing, and trends to accurately inform and guide customers. Develop and maintain a customer base through past relationships, telemarketing, SMS marketing, social media outreach, and daily follow-up with existing clients. Assist in setting up trade shows, showroom events, or visiting external customers when needed. Participate in live streaming or create engaging content for the store’s social media accounts to increase visibility and in-store traffic. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and execute promotional initiatives based on store performance and goals. Follow company sales codes and employee handbook policies. Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Must have Excellent Sales Skill and Up selling Must have Strong customer service awareness and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which includes weekends and holidays.
Strong time management skill:
Be on time at work and have excellent time management and strategy skill for following up customers listing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PDF formats. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also excelling in independent tasks. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure to meet deadlines. Demonstrates maturity, sound judgment, and a proactive, positive attitude. Prior knowledge of hair products is not required—we provide training. However, we are looking for a goal-driven, assertive, and motivated individual who consistently meets sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
