Sales Trainee AWB Management Group Atlanta, GA 30328 Entry-Level Sales Trainee – Leadership Development Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Trainee. This position is perfect for someone who’s ready to launch their career in a fast-paced environment with hands-on training and clear growth opportunities. While this is not a management position at the start, we are committed to developing future leaders through structured mentorship and performance-based advancement.
What You’ll Do:
Learn and represent client promotions and brand messaging Interact with customers face to face in a retail environment to build awareness and generate new customer accounts Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional, solution-oriented manner Work closely with team leads and managers to learn internal systems and leadership strategies Collaborate with team members to drive results and maintain a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and professional An interest in developing leadership and coaching abilities Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and positive energy Self-motivated and goal-driven — eager to exceed expectations Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or a team lead role is a plus
