In this role, you will represent NGRW and Infinity from Marvin at Costco locations and trade shows, where your primary responsibility will be to capture qualified leads for our in-home consultation services.

Be the face of North Georgia Replacement Windows, engaging with potential customers at Costco stores and trade show vents Spark meaningful conversations and promote the benefits of our products and services Uphold both company and Costco standards, ensuring a top-tier customer experience Generate high-quality leads for our in-home consultation team Represent the company’s values of integrity, continuous improvement, and excellence

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay starting at $18/hour Performance bonuses : $15 per qualified lead + $50 for every lead that converts to a sale Potential to earn $25/hour or more , based on your performance Growth and advancement opportunities within the organization Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligible after 90 days) Health Savings Account option 401(k) with up to 4% company match (eligible after 90 days) PTO (40 hours in the first year, accrued thereafter) 4 Sick Days per year 9 Paid Holidays Supportive management style: hands-off but available when needed

Overall Responsibilities:

Provide a personalized, high-touch customer service experience Qualify leads prior to scheduling appointments for the sales team Persuade and negotiate when needed Communicate with the Lead Brand Ambassador weekly Identify problems and suggest process improvements Provide accurate, complete information using the appropriate tools Meet personal and team sales/lead generation goals Maintain accurate records and documentation Follow communication procedures, policies, and guidelines Proactively engage with Costco members and event attendees Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Experience & General Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (required) 1-2 years of brand ambassador or outside sales experience (preferred, not required) Must pass a background check Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to travel to Costco stores and trade shows throughout metro Atlanta Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to communicate clearly in English Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems

Physical Requirements:
