Who We’re Looking For Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Korean proficiency is a plus Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Key Responsibilities:
Support vendor sourcing and prequalification process, including due diligence and documentation Assist in drafting and reviewing contract (e.g., NDA, PO, Subcontract), and process purchase orders. Conduct market and industry research, including competitor analysis, and prepare business reports. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through research, networking, and partner engagement. Prepare presentation materials and participate in client meetings or site tours. Coordinate with state and local economic development offices to support clients in obtaining incentives, gather site and permitting information, and facilitate communications. Coordinate with internal engineering team and HQ to align technical specifications and procurement schedule. Manage daily/weekly communication with vendors, subcontractors and clients (U.S. & Korea) Maintain procurement records, follow up on shipments, and monitor delivery and invoicing timelines. ▷What We Offer
