Business Development Representative ( BDR ) FounderScale Suwanee, GA 30024 FounderScale is a Revenue Agency that specializes in helping businesses go from Founder Revenue to Scalable Revenue. We are looking for a Business Development Representative with 2+ years of sales experience who enjoys building relationships. Our ideal prospect is excited to network, attend local events, and is diligent about following up to build relationships. This role will require you to attend in-person events with predefined Atlanta-based organizations. Full Time In Person This is a full time in office role that, at times, requires attendance to early morning and evening networking events. Your Role Build relationships in key organizations that drive revenue. Attend events and connect with prospects in our target audience (this includes regularly attending 8+ local events per month). Maintain relationships and invite prospects to various events. Daily business development including outbound calls, emails, and Linkedin outreach. Leverage HubSpot to stay in touch with top connections and prospects. Report on sales activities and drive results. Requirements At least 1 previous sales role Tech-savvy, experience with CRM solutions. Self-motivated, proactive self-starter Enjoys business development

Compensation:

Our Business Development position includes 3 levels of compensation that help you earn while you learn. Level 1: We provide a base pay. Level 2: Monthly Bonus for Activities Level 3: Commission on Sales The on target annual earning for this position is $72K.
