Customer Service Representative Location:
Norcross Georgia We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Quoting & Order Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to person for processing customer RFQs (Requests for Quote), entering orders, assisting with customer inquiries, and coordinating closely with engineering, purchasing, and production teams. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, data entry, and light technical review (like reading CAD drawings), all while using a robust ERP system.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer RFQs by coordinating with engineering and purchasing to ensure accurate quoting Enter customer orders and manage purchase orders within the ERP system Provide status updates and general support to customers via phone and email Read and interpret CAD drawings to assist in quoting accuracy Coordinate with engineering to verify quote feasibility and with buyers to source pricing Monitor order progress, communicate with production, and follow up with suppliers as needed Support outside sales team with quoting documentation and customer communication Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support Familiarity with ERP systems (training provided, but comfort with tech is a must) Ability to read basic technical drawings (CAD or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Team player with a proactive mindset Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with quoting or pricing in a manufacturing or technical environment Background in electronics, mechanical parts, or light engineering support Experience supporting outside sales or business development What We Offer?
