Inside Sales Representative Partners Personnel Buford, GA 30518 Position Summary A well-known high level appliance company is seeking dynamic results driven Inside Sales Associate to support our District Sales Managers (DSMs) and dealer partners. This role focuses on driving sales growth through proactive dealer engagement, strategic account management, and operational support. Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and motivated by both goals and incentives. Hours are M-F 8am to 5pm , $21 to $22.50 per hour Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Account Management Serve as the primary inside point of contact for assigned dealer accounts. Develop and implement account-specific strategies to increase brand presence and sales. Build trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Travel onsite to dealers for joint visit with DSM every 6-8 weeks. 2. Communication, Collaboration & Coordination Act as the go-to resource for DSMs and dealers with a responsive, can-do attitude. Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. Align and communicate efforts across sales, marketing, operations, and logistics. 3. Dealer Support Respond to dealer inquiries (product, pricing, specs, inventory, service). Proactively communicate updates (new products, pricing, promotions). Manage returns, credits, RMAs, freight eligibility, and basic customer service issues. Conduct regular phone/email check-ins to support sales and identify opportunities. 4. Sales Order Management Process orders, track shipments, chase lead times and ETAs. Quote requests and manage order-related questions. Coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams for order release, billing, and freight issues. 5. Project Leadership Lead initiatives to improve dealer alignment and operational efficiency. Work with DSMs and VPs to resolve issues and implement growth strategies. 6. Product Knowledge Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Middleby Residential brands through regular training. 7. Analysis & Reporting Monitor dealer sales performance, track progress, and identify trends. Align sales goals with DSM and provide regular updates and strategic recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development (B2B/dealer-distributor preferred). Proven ability to manage accounts and drive sales growth. Strong project management and communication skills. Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/order systems. Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and product training.
