About Us:

We are a growing wholesale distributor specializing in welding wire, casters, and wire rope . Our clients include manufacturers, machine shops, construction suppliers, and maintenance teams. We pride ourselves on offering reliable products with personalized service. We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base by utilizing our existing customer and inquiry records.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers primarily by using our internal database of past clients, past inquiries, and lead sources . This role does not involve outside sales . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships over the phone and via email and has experience in industrial or B2B product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Use internal data (past customers, former leads, quote records) to identify and contact potential clients Make outbound calls and emails to introduce our products and services Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers Prepare sales quotes and follow up regularly to close deals Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel Process incoming orders and ensure smooth handoff to warehouse/shipping team Provide product recommendations and basic technical support over the phone Stay informed about product inventory, pricing, and lead times Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategy and outreach effectiveness

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with potential clients Detail-oriented and organized in tracking outreach and responses Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and order-entry systems Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish) is a plus
