This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday- Friday, 8AM-5PM) focused on outbound B2B sales, cold calling, pipeline building, and closing deals nationally. The ideal candidate is confident, driven, and eager to grow within a high- performance team.

• 1-3 years of sales experience (any industry)
• Proven comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• CRM or sales automation experience (e.g., ZoomInfo, PlanHub, Construct Connect)
• Ability to build a pipeline and manage a 6+ month sales cycle
• Strong communication, persistence, and resilience Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outbound and warm calling to generate leads and drive sales.
