Lawrenceville, GA – Sever Rd – Cust. installations How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Airgas is currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist based out of Lawrenceville, GA to increase sales and gross profit through the re-establishment and retention of relationships with small to medium business accounts by professional negotiation of pricing and use of sales skills, excellent customer service practices and accurate product knowledge over the telephone. Consistently increases sales revenue through outbound calls, email campaigns, and inside sales opportunities. Demonstrates quality customer service attributes maximizing the Airgas Customer Experience. Creates quotations and other paperwork for set up of new accounts Follow-up with branches, customers, and prospective customers as needed in order to move the sales and/or service process forward. Participate in other sales related activities, lead generation, profit driven sales assignments. Other projects as required Track tank inspection data using Excel Participates in assigned Sales Training and Development initiatives. Keep daily records of performance and produce a weekly report of results and accomplishments to Manager. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree is preferred 2+ years of outbound phone sales experience preferred Working experience with computer customer contact and order entry systems Strong grasp of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Access, Outlook. Google Kite a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, sense of urgency, well organized, ability to focus and pay attention to detail.
