Lead Acquisition Specialist 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Buford, GA 30518 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Lead Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business by generating, nurturing, and converting leads into scheduled appointments. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in customer service, sales, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Duties 1.

Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that drive lead generation.

Outbound Calling:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and or lead sources i.e. Yelp, Google and home advisor to introduce our HVAC services, assess their needs, and schedule appointments.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of our services, addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a high conversion rate and always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule appointments for our sales and service teams with qualified leads, ensuring efficient use of resources and time.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to confirm appointment details and provide necessary information.
  • Utilize scheduling software to manage appointments and avoid conflicts.

Review Open Estimates:
  • Monitor and review open estimates to ensure timely follow-up actions are taken.
  • Communicate with customers to answer any questions regarding their estimates and provide additional information as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to move customers towards making informed decisions and closing deals. 5. Customer Satisfaction (Happy Calls):
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Address any concerns or issues promptly and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our service quality.

Database Management:
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, appointments, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Generate and analyze reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
