Smallcakes Cupcakery & Creamery – Snellville is seeking a motivated customer-focused Lead Bakery Sales Associate to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who has leadership skills, enjoys engaging with customers, promoting products, and multitasking while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead shift according to Smallcakes’ operational roles and responsibilities Complete Inventory updates and tracking. Cordially greet and engage with customers Upsell and cross-sell products, including specials and seasonal items Build customer loyalty by adhering to the customer engagement tools Ensure product displays are attractive and replenished regularly Make small batch Ice-Cream (training provided) Decorate cupcakes (training provided) POS Operation and Cash handling Prepare packaging for product Serve and Upsell Cupcakes, hand-scooped ice cream, and other novelties Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food and safety requirements Provide an overall exceptional customer experience, while promoting and increasing sales.

Qualifications:

Sales-driven mindset with a passion for providing a great customer experience Minimum of 1 year experience as a shift lead in a food service environment Mimimum 1 year experience in retail sales, food service, or customer service Excellent communication and multitasking skills Flexible availability including most weekends and some holidays
