W2, Full-Time, On-site, up to 50% Travel Vanguard Cleaning Systems is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth efforts across the Atlanta area. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you’ll generate and qualify leads, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and close deals with executives and decision-makers—all while helping shape the direction of our growing regional office.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$60,000-$70,000 (commensurate with experience) Commission and Performance Bonus Opportunities Travel Allowance Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and local outreach. Identify and qualify potential clients that align with the ideal customer profile. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Set and conduct sales appointments with key decision-makers, including executives. Own the full sales cycle by managing warm handoffs from Business Developers, leading client meetings, preparing and submitting proposals, closing deals, and seamlessly transitioning new accounts to the Account Management team. Represent the Vanguard brand with professionalism and integrity during every interaction. Travel throughout the region to meet with prospective clients and build market presence. Participate in weekly sales team meetings to track progress and share strategies. Requirements 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience Proven ability to prospect and close deals independently Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to all stakeholders Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for performance metrics Proficient in using CRM systems for lead tracking and sales reporting Highly organized with excellent time management skills Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must reside within commutable distance to Peachtree Corners, GA Preferred Attributes Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM Experience selling to facility managers, property management, or commercial service buyers Comfortable with cold calling and appointment setting Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a leadership track Why Join Vanguard Cleaning Systems?
