Outside Sales Representative

LaSalle Network is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join a fast-growing, high-impact software company revolutionizing the kitchen cabinet industry. This field-based position focuses on driving product adoption among kitchen cabinet showroom owners and contractors throughout the Atlanta metro area. If you’re passionate about sales, know your way around a showroom, and are energized by building relationships face-to-face, this is the role for you. With over 3,000 cabinet showrooms in the region, your pipeline will never run dry. This is a hands-on, on-the-road role with two commission opportunities per sale—so if you’re ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Conduct 20-25 in-person product demos per month with kitchen cabinet showrooms Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with a closing rep to finalize sales Build strong relationships with showroom owners and contractors across the Atlanta area Maintain accurate records in Freshsales CRM and manage your sales pipeline effectively Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed Travel locally on a regular basis (this is a field-heavy role)

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

B2B sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and lead generation Background in the kitchen cabinet, home improvement, or renovation industry is a major plus Ability to run engaging product demos and maintain a consistent sales process Familiarity with CRMs, ideally Freshsales or similar systems Based in the Atlanta metro with reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally High-energy, organized, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership This is an incredible opportunity to sell a product that’s already winning in the market and backed by a team that knows how to support its salesforce.
