What’s In it For You? Competitive Base ($4,000 per month) plus commission (Uncapped!) Commissions range from 20-50% of signed contracts Year-end bonus of 10% of your total sales Seasoned AE’s should make between $65k-85k in first year, but more if driven A “hands-off” manager, but always available to provide support and guidance when needed Growth opportunities (the ideal candidate could move into leadership role) Work-Life balance (All calls/meetings are M-F 8a-5p) Strong, reputable brand in the commercial cleaning industry Ongoing, qualified leads (2-3 per week) Medical benefits (after 60 days) 401k with company match Company issued cell phone/laptop Use of a company vehicle for sales calls!
Responsibilities:
Identify and partner with new and existing clients to grow the book of business (auto dealerships, medical offices, property management companies, event venues, distribution centers, etc.) Effectively close sales Contact prospects in the form of cold-calling, emails, and networking events Deliver effective sales presentations with business owners and key decision makers Utilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track efforts Assist the Operations Department with walkthroughs as needed
Requirements:
2-3 years outside sales experience (B2B preferred but not required). High School diploma or GED Proven track record of sales success Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills Ability to self-source your own leads through a combination of cold calling and networking Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Clean driving record
