This position will be based out of the P1 Financeheadquarters office in Norcross, GA and the selected candidate mustreside within a commutable distance. Purpose of the Job This SalesExecutive is responsible for establishing strong businessrelationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities,developing sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations,negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Sales Executive playsa critical role in expanding the customer base, achieving salestargets, and contributing to the overall success and profitabilityof the company. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Identifiesand pursues new business opportunities from Agencies, Carriers, andGeneral Agents. Develops and maintains a robust pipeline ofpotential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generationactivities. Builds and nurtures relationships with keydecision-makers and stakeholders in the insurance and lendingindustries. Presents and promotes our premium finance solutions toclients, understanding their specific needs and tailoring proposalsaccordingly. Collaborates closely with internal teams to ensuresmooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients. Negotiatesand closes sales agreements, meeting or exceeding sales targets andrevenue objectives. Monitors market trends, competitor activities,and industry developments to identify new opportunities andmaintain a competitive edge. Provides timely and accurate salesreports, forecasts, and updates to management. Other Duties andResponsibilities Assists with other tasks and projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have excellent communicationskills in English, both verbal and written Must have basicknowledge of Microsoft Office Must have ability to understand allbusiness processes within the credit union Must be resourceful andwell organized, with strong attention to detail Must have goodreasoning abilities and sound judgment Must be able to work in ageneral office environment Must be flexible and able to shiftresources and priorities as required Strong understanding ofpremium finance products, services, and the insurance industry.

Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Mustbe highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset andthe ability to work independently. Must have excellent negotiationand closing skills, with the ability to effectively handleobjections and drive larger deals to successful closure. Must havethe ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizingtasks and meeting deadlines. Must be proficient in using CRMsoftware and other sales tools to track and manage leads andopportunities. Should become knowledgeable of P1 Finance’s bestpractices, policies, and procedures while demonstrating a strongcommitment to providing excellent service to Truliant’s members.
