What You’ll Be Doing:

Guiding homeowners through our proven roofing sales process —from first handshake to signed contract. Self-generating leads through grassroots efforts while also following up on company-provided leads from multiple sources. Conducting roof inspections and presenting compelling retail sales estimates . Selling value-added upgrades and upselling related exterior products during contract signings. Handling insurance claims sales by educating homeowners and navigating the process with confidence. Building trust and long-term relationships in the Charlotte market through transparency, follow-through, and top-tier service.

What We’re Looking For:

An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be a top performer in a team-oriented, high-energy sales culture . Someone with reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move, meeting customers in their neighborhoods). Previous sales experience is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right person.
