Key Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads:

Identify and engage with homeowners in the area who may need roofing services.

Set Appointments:

Conduct door-to-door sales to schedule free roof inspections.

Build Relationships:

Cultivate trust and rapport with customers, educating them on roofing solutions.

Close Sales:

Convert leads into sales, offering roofing solutions based on customer needs and the inspection results.

Meet Sales Goals:

Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment and sales targets.

Track Leads & Appointments:

Use our CRM system to log appointments and follow-up with leads.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience :

Previous experience in roofing or commission-based sales is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!

Self-Motivated & Driven :

You must have the ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and be results-driven.

Excellent Communication Skills :

The ability to engage with homeowners, present information clearly, and overcome objections is crucial.

Goal-Oriented :

A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Reliable Transportation :

Ability to travel locally to neighborhoods and customer homes.

Positive Attitude :

Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about helping homeowners with their roofing needs.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential based on performance. Commission on

Closed Sales :

Earn 10-12% of the value of each roofing sale you close.
