Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and build rapport. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
