Our portfolio includes over one million products from more than 1,400 leading manufacturers. We are currently seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our Atlanta office. This role is responsible for overseeing outside sales representatives while also providing hands-on support to our inside sales team. We’re looking for a dynamic leader who can coach, inspire, and drive performance—while actively contributing to sales efforts and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage outside and inside sales representatives Monitor performance, set sales goals, and ensure the team meets targets Support and participate in inside sales activities, including key account management Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and market share Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management Coordinate with other departments, including customer service Train, mentor, and onboard new sales team members Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making are essential for this role Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership or team management role (B2B environment preferred) Background in the electronics distribution or electronic components industry strongly preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Must be willing to travel for customer visits and trade shows as needed, expect some domestic and possibly international trips throughout the year Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution Results-driven, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) What We Offer Full-time, 40-hour work week Family-oriented, collaborative work environment Career growth and development opportunities, including training and international exposure Competitive benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance (up to 75% covered by TME) Paid time off, life insurance, and long-term disability Quarterly performance-based bonuses
