Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our specialized staffing solutions for skilled trades. You will act as a trusted advisor to businesses, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR representatives, and executives. Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and provide consultative sales presentations. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements and high client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Stay informed about trends in skilled trades industries and workforce staffing needs.
Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, skilled trades, construction, or industrial sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
