Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget. We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, are eager to learn, and can perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers on the sales floor Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and more. Develop and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails Achieve individual and team sales goals Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, features, and promotions Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and positive attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a strong plus
