Role:
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced, competitive environment where consistency and follow-through are key. The role combines social media engagement with high-volume outreach and appointment setting. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, takes initiative, and is committed to doing what it takes to meet daily/weekly/monthly performance goals. A strong understanding of modern sales strategies, digital platforms, and tools like AI and automation is essential to succeed in this role and drive results. Social Media & Outreach Track and manage prospects in a re-engagement spreadsheet Disqualify or transfer leads who respond to Instagram messages and set up qualified appointments Engage with followers and prospects by liking, commenting, and mentioning them in stories Monitor celebrity events and liquidity-trigger events (e.g., buyouts, album/movie releases) for outreach opportunities Develop creative outbound messaging ideas tailored to high-profile prospects Respond to comments and engage with followers consistently Upload all Instagram content to other platforms Sales & Lead Generation Make 300 outbound calls per day Schedule a minimum of 10-15 qualified appointments per week (2-3 per day) using phone, text, and email Ensure scheduled calls show by vetting uncertain leads in advance Respond to 100+ daily text messages from marketing campaigns to convert them into phone calls or appointments Build and manage lead lists in Salesforce for outbound campaigns Qualify all new inbound leads for the sales team Assist with purchase orders and follow-up communication post-sales pitch Content & Media Support Operate video equipment including the DJI Osmo and branded vehicle when needed Capture, organize, and upload video/photo content to Google Drive and YouTube Reporting & Pipeline Management Submit daily reporting including: Outbound call metrics Appointments transferred or scheduled New leads added to your pipeline Follow-up status Top priorities for the next day Qualifications Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple conversations Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Windsurf) for outreach and process automation Experience with API integrations to improve workflow, lead management, or marketing automations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Creative, resourceful, and culturally aware of social media trends Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting strategies accordingly Ability to work flexible hours with availability during
