Sales Representative Bilingual English/Korean AT&T Authorized Retailer- EZ Wireless Duluth, GA 30097 Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a proven track record in both inside and outside sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team targets. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns that drive sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Experience Proven experience in sales, with a focus on account management and business development. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in both inside sales and outside sales environments is advantageous. Background in retail sales or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
