Business-to-Business Sales Representative:
Willis Mechanical wants to add a dynamic sales representative to our growing business. The selected candidate will generate new client relationships. This individual will enjoy the fast-paced opportunity to help identify, seek, and select preventative maintenance agreements, repairs, projects, and new construction customers. This position will be very rewarding for the right applicant. Willis Mechanical provides professional (3rd party) sales training for its sales representatives. The position is full-time and has a guaranteed base salary + uncapped commission structure . Our mission and vision include taking care of and making life easier for our clients by providing outstanding customer service through highly skilled technicians. We provide ongoing service and new construction/renovations throughout the greater Atlanta area. Required Education, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field Three or more years of sales experience Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas Success in making presentations to a variety of audiences Professional demeanor A proven track record of being organized, efficient, and able to multitask Trainable, coachable, and willing to learn Highly self-motivated Excellent interpersonal skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Recommended Education, Skills, and Experience Three or more years of B2B sales experience Experience in the field of HVAC and Plumbing service Working knowledge of CRM systems Pay and Benefits Willis Mechanical salespeople receive a base salary and an uncapped commission on new sales. Salespeople receive 8 paid holidays and three weeks of Paid Time Off. Willis Mechanical pays for our sales employees’ health, dental, and vision insurance. Sales employees also have access to the Willis Mechanical 401K +company match program. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, working 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday. Work is typically done in the office. Travel to new customers and job sites is expected.
