Sales Support Specialist Partners Personnel Buford, GA 30518 Partners Personnel is assisting our client seeking a Sales Support Associate in Buford GA. This is a contract to hire position and will be on site, 8- 5 Monday through Friday through contract with scheduling flexibility after permanently placed on the team. Selected candidate will be supporting the inside sales team with entering orders, expediting and following up on all distributor and manufacturer activity for their product lines. This position offers potential to grown into an Inside sales role. Building and sustaining both internal and external relationships will be a key success factor as well as being responsive, inspiring trust and open communication.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all customer inquiries through digital platforms and phone calls Process and enter all orders received by customers to assigned manufacturers Provide basic price, quotes and product availability to customers Expedite orders Handles return requests Correct shipping/pricing/billing errors Work with management and warehouse staff to maintain proper inventory levels for assigned manufacturers
Qualifications:
MS Office Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel intermediate to advance proficiency Demonstrates professional demeanor and communication skills- phone, written, in person Accountability, reliability, commitment to work excellence Problem Solving skills and processes, with sense of urgency and attention to detail Desire to learn, understand and apply continued training and development and grow within company Having knowledge in the electrical industry or rep agency practices would be beneficial.
