Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs; sell products that maximize AFI’s product offerings Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions Collaborate with the outside sales team to support their efforts in closing deals Proficiently use Prophet 21 ERP software
Experience:
Proven experience in inside sales in the Industrial Supply Industry space Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships Technical industrial tooling knowledge is preferred Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 preferred We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus bonuses , as well as benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
