We are currently working with a client, seekingqualified candidates for their Inside Sales/ Fulfillment positionbased out of McDonough, GA.
ABOUT THE JOB
The role of the InsideSales/ Fulfillment will be responsible for the following duties:
- Engaging customers via inbound telephone calls and creating ratequotes, taking orders, and confirming the delivery of the orders.
The position receives 3-7 calls a day and they all require a lol ofsteps to complete the process.
- Maintaining accurate knowledge ofall the products in stock and verifying inventory on a monthlybasis.
- Providing information to customers regarding firearms,accessories, ammunition, tactical gear, and other similar products.
- Helping to pick, pack, and ship orders as needed.
- Providingprofessional customer service from the moment the order is placedall the way to the successful delivery of the order to thecustomer.
