(CIS) is a nationally recognized, OSHA-compliant and ANSI-accredited training and certification center dedicated to developing the next generation of crane operators, inspectors, and riggers. Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an on-site, Monday through Friday role ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial sales who values consistency, integrity, and long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience selling into construction, industrial services, manufacturing, or similar sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone and email to understand their training and certification needs Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and contract documents Coordinate with the operations and administrative teams to schedule training sessions and ensure smooth service delivery Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM Assist with lead generation activities, including outreach campaigns, event follow-up, and re-engagement of inactive accounts Educate potential customers about CIS’s service offerings, credentials, and value proposition Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute to team strategies and process improvements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an industrial, construction, equipment, or skilled trades environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a team-oriented, in-office environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus High school diploma required; college degree preferred
